Word of Mouth
Chefs noticed first.
The silken is the closest thing to Japan I've found in India. It goes straight into our miso and agedashi.
Head Chef

What is the difference between Silken Firm and Silken Extra Firm?
Both are silken tofu, set from the same soy milk. Silken Firm is the softer set — delicate and custard-like, best for soups, steaming and chilled dishes. Silken Extra Firm is set denser and springier, so it holds its shape in stir-fries, curries and on the grill.
Is EZUMI tofu vegan and gluten free?
Yes. EZUMI is 100% plant-based, GFCO-certified gluten free and Non-GMO Project verified. It contains soy.
How should I store it?
Keep refrigerated at 4–7°C. EZUMI contains no preservatives, so once opened, keep any unused tofu submerged in fresh water and use within two days.
Where is EZUMI made?
EZUMI is crafted in Singapore by Sun-Up Bean Food Mfg Pte Ltd and imported into India under an unbroken cold chain by League Foods India Pvt Ltd, New Delhi.
